Meet Claudia Kittrell

Claudia has spent over 40 years in the real estate business and has been a top producer for many of those. She is a full-time Broker-Owner, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. She enjoys "selling Ardmore" because it has so many wonderful things to offer. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Claudia has a creative bend that allows her to "work deals" that may not happen otherwise. She taught school at Ardmore High School for seven and a half years and part-time at Oak Hall Episcopal School for several years.

Raised in Ardmore, Claudia has a son, Christopher, a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a major in Finance and Economics and a minor in Accounting, and is employed with Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City. Claudia married her "first love" from high school 19 years ago and now has a daughter, Emily, whom she always wanted. Emily is a graduate of OU with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and practices in Oklahoma City. Her husband, Stan, is the retired Executive Director of Adult Day Services, a retired school principal, has the same birthday as her son, and now works with Claudia-funny how things turn out! For Claudia, life is good.

Claudia loves working in her garden, laughing, golden oldies music, and the ocean. She is blessed with two granddaughters, Heidi and Rosie. Claudia cherishes her family, friends, and freedom. Being a baby boomer, she realizes how fortunate she is with so many wonderful friends, family, and a successful business. Knowing this, giving back to the community, she serves on the Board of the Ardmore Day Nursery and is the Vice-President of the Board of Arbuckle Life Solutions, served on the Board of the Ardmore Village and is a member of the City of Ardmore Planning Commission. She is a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church, the Goddard Center, the Main Street Authority, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Professionally, she serves on the Board of the Southern Oklahoma Board of Realtors and is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of Leadership Ardmore and was a recipient of the Realtor of the Year award in 2010.

Meet Carolyn Yeager

Carolyn's motto, "Faith, Family, and Friendship," is evident in the relationships she has built in years of real estate-related businesses.

Her career in Real Estate started in a Family appraisal business, where she earned a Certified Residential Appraisal License. Her education in "Property Value" has carried over to the always difficult task of determining the Market Value of a specific property.

After attending Oklahoma University, Carolyn married Don Yeager and made Ardmore her home. They raised two children – Lisa Riggle, a fellow Realtor at Claudia and Carolyn Realty Group, and Todd Yeager, our closing coordinator, who specializes in downtown properties and ranches. Carolyn and Don have two grandsons who have chosen to also make their homes in Ardmore, and one great-granddaughter. Through the years, Carolyn has given back to the community through services as the first Director of Volunteers at the hospital, President of United Methodist Women, FUMC, mission trips to Mexico, CASA, Ladies of the Leaf Literary Group, and Leadership Ardmore. Carolyn is currently serving as Recording Secretary of the First Methodist Church Finance Committee and the City of Ardmore Board of Adjustment.

In her profession, she has served three terms as President of the Southern Oklahoma Board of Realtors, a member of the State Legislative Committee, and has served as State Director of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors. In 2003, Carolyn was honored as "Realtor of the Year" by her fellow Realtor members and again honored as "Realtor of the Year" in 2012.
